the delivery arrived punctually but the contents were not what i had ordered! I returned them immediately and then received the correct order by return.

I made int’l order. It’s been 10 days since the order placed. They did not send tracking number. I do not know where my items are.

Socks were too big. My shoe size is 8, so a sock 7-11 is a ridiculous idea. Where the hell did u get the idea that one size can fit all ???

Very disappointed with my last purchase. I have bought socks only from sockshop for the last ten years because they are the only place I was able to find seamless toe socks. i have a real problem with seams across the toes, so seamless are a must. This latest purchase stated on all the socks that I bought, Elle, Pringle etc, that the toes were seamless. When they arrived, every pair had a definite seam. Not huge I admit, but still a seam that could be felt. Where else can I shop now???

I ordered a pack of 3 pairs of BROWN socks. You sent me 2 pairs of BROWN socks and 1 pair of CLARET coloured socks. So I paid for 3 pairs of brown socks and received only 2 pairs of brown socks and 1 pair of Claret coloured socks I will never ever use!!

Items NOT as described, which was that they had a smooth toe seam - the reason for my purchasing them. One wearing rubbed my toes sore. I had to take them off and turn them inside out, but this was only marginally better. Aside from this they are extremely thin. Bamboo is my usual choice of sock fabric but this has put me off.
