Delivered in expected time

Thank you for leaving your feedback. I can see that your order was dispatched on the 18/06/18 which usually takes 2-3 working days, but may sometimes take longer due to postal delays. I was surprised that a signature was required to take delivery. This meant that it couldn't be delivered and I had to go to the post office to collect the package. apart from this the socks are lovely and were well packaged.

great products however the trainer socks i was sent are a different size the 7-11 normal socks are fine and fit well the trainer onesdont fit by a long way

THE SERVICE WAS GOOD BUT THE PRODUCT IS NOT OF THE SAME QUALITY AS WHAT WAS PURCHASED LAST YEAR , THE SOCKS ARE A LOT SMALLER FOR THE SAME SIZE AND WOULD NOT FIT ANYONE ABOVE SIZE12

The socks I ordered for my autistic son with sensory issues were great for his sensitive toes he loved them. Only downside is they are a small fit so will order the bigger size next time and they don't wash particularly well (they shrink a bit and don't keep their neat appearance).

Speed of delivery is excellent. Slightly disappointed with the bamboo socks as they are quite loose around the tops. Although it is not good to have them too tight, these are bit too slack and have a tendency to clump around the ankle

My husband has great trouble finding brown socks! So I ordered 2 packs of COCOA socks. You sent me 1 pack cocoa and 1 pack with a pair of cocoa and a pair of light cream (YUK). This is not what I ordered and I am very disappointed. I wont be sending them back because it's too much hassle. Also - for gods sake spell my name right - KATHERINE. Your socks are good, be careful you don't become too complacent. Just for your info - the cocoa colour is far too dark. Picking them out of a sock drawer if they happen to be near a black pair is almost impossible and we have good eyesight!!!

I am sorry that your item has not yet arrived. Your order was dispatched on the 04/04/18 via Royal Mail Air Mail which usually takes 7-10 days. We do ask customers to allow up to 14 days in case of postal delays. If you do not receive your item by 18/04/18 please get in touch via contact@sockshop.co.uk

Yes I ordered 2-3packs of Black And 2-3 packs of Navy! Received the Black and received 2-3 packs of grey, dark grey And black!!! None of the navy, Not likeing that at all. I will keep them but I am not to happy. Respectfully Don
