I've purchased socks twice. The service is very prompt but the second order had one incorrect item (out of 4) included - an item nothing like - neither the sock nor the order number - the requested item. Disappointing - but mistakes happen I guess.

Nice product but despite asking for plain wrapping as it was a gift for someone at the same address, it had SockShop in huge letters in the front and the surprise was spoilt

Package came quickly even though expected it to be delayed because of heavy snow. However I did not purchase girls socks as stated above!!!! I bought some ladies winter gloves which I have had to send back as the wrist strap clasp was broken on arrival. I am now awaiting my exchange.

Har endnu ikke modtaget forsendelsen. Har ej modtaget info om afsendelse eller tracking. Hvor befinder forsendelsen sig??

Hej nilsBeklager, din ordre er ikke ankommet endnu. Den blev afsendt den 26/02/18 via Royal Mail Air Mail, som normalt tager 7-10 dage. Vi beder dog, at du venter 14 dage på grund af forsinkelser i posten. Hvis du ikke har modtaget din ordre senest den 12/03/18, skal du kontakte contact@sockshop.co.uk.

Har i går modtaget forsendelsen. Jeg reviderer samtidig min opfattelse af servicen, men fastholder, at jeg aldrig modtog en info om afsendelse og/eller info om tracking.

Excellent service as always from Sock Shop but I continue to get frustrated by the inconsistent sizing of some children's socks, namely the seam-free bamboo socks. Ordered ankle socks in size 12.5-3.5 for a size 12 foot and they are really small, only just fit. Flipside, ordered knee length 12.5-3.5 and they are big (as you would expect them to be). I think all the ankle socks need re-labelling down a level. This is consistent irrelevant of what colour I go for and over a period of several years of custom so it's not just one faulty batch.
