Second purchase from Sockshop, bought 15 pairs of socks this time. Unfortunately one sock had a small fault which opened up more when putting the sock on. Have sent the sock back for the attention of customer service, hopefully for replacement. Would of given 5 stars if not for the faulty sock but I’m hoping the sock is replaced and a satisfactory outcome is achieved.
THEY ARE COMFRTABLE AND WARM.
Very clear and easy to navigate website, with good descriptions of products, so it’s easy to find your idea socks. Ordering was just as straight forward, order arrived within time frame with mostly recyclable packages. First place I now look.

They are as good as socks go for the price, I have size 14 shoes and poor ankle circulation, they didn't arrive for trip away but the post men are on work to rule
I have bought from sock shop before and was pleased, soft socks with no toe seams to rub and cause blisters, prompt service arrived on time.
Would have been good if the sock description was better for wild feet bamboo socks. Those I bought were way too tight about the feet. Previous pairs I bought were fine but thinking I had bought the same again I was disappointed.
Website and service very good. Problem with sizing, bought different brands/socks and found Burlington are far too big for size 7.
First time buying from the website. Like other online retailers. No better, no worse.
