Using PayPal on this site was a no go... After a week, nothing had shown up. Phoned their office and a most charming and helpful young lady, credited the PayPal transaction immediately and the goods arrived next day.. Suggest you get your PayPal sorted and show max appreciation for Sophie, I think her name was...

The sock order was completed without delay, however although the two sets of three manufactured by GLENMUIR GENTLE GRIP type D2400 are very good and comfortable the one set of three by SOCK SHOP GENTLE SOCK type QGSLNAT, I find them too thin almost like the old nylon socks and my feet slip around inside the sock, and are not very comfortable at all.

The quality of 50% of my order was not acceptable. I ordered 4 pairs of socks and had to send 2 pairs back due to poor quality. The return procedure was very easy and the defective items have now been returned with no cost to myself. Which is a plus for the company. I've asked for replacement rather than refund. I will update you later on my replacement

This is a copy of an email sent to you on 4 February to which I have not had the courtesy of a reply. Order ref 5133644 The socks look and feel wonderful. HOWEVER, my wife wore her socks one evening and there is a hole in the toe - see attached photo. And just to let you know, her nails are not long or sharp to have cut the sock or make the hole. I was visiting my mother in London and had the socks delivered to her address, but I am now home in Israel ad I do not want to pay the expense of returning the faulty sock to you. Can you please deliver a sock to me: address in original email If you cannot deliver to Israel, you can deliver to the original delivery address and someone will eventually bring them to me. so far I have only worn the jeep Luxury Terrain socks and only for an hour while walking the dog , they seemed comfortable and I am looking forward to waring them on a walking holidya in a couple of weeks

Good selection to choose from and very happy with what I got. I was able to get small size rather than one size fits all. But package was left on doorstep even though I asked for it to be left with neighbour if I wasn’t in. Not sure I’d use again as that’s not a suitable delivery strategy in London!

On my request for a refund as the socks are of appalling quality, there was no apology, just a FULL refund! The socks are lovely to look at, as long as you never wish to wear them! After a days wear, nothing strenuous, no running, normal comfortable boots, and short nails. Every. Single. Sock of 6 pairs of sockshop own bamboo socks had minimum one hole! Absolutely unreal! I received the full refund which I then spent on Pringles socks, from sockshop again. I ordered before Christmas and I am still waiting!!

The website wasn't very clear, which led to me ordering something which was inappropriate for a present. It didn't adequately describe the colours in a pack of socks, describing them as Navy, whereas what you got was a navy pair and a light blue pair. However, customer service was good and allowed me to return at no cost and replace the item with something more suitable.

Helpful when contacted RE; orders, BUT mistakenly shipped said orders to the Billing Address, TWICE. It could not be recovered without further expense,, so it was lost.

The leg warmers were good quality, hence 3 stars, but unfortunately they were too skinny for me and my legs are not massive. The good news is, my daughter loved them so I gave them to her.
