I haven’t received my order.
As I didn't receive my order I cannot rate you anything. I only gave you 1 as I had to to get further on in the survey
You ask me about your service before any delivery. I didnt recieve any merchandise
Jag saknar Pringle golfstrumpor samt 5G golfstrumpor i bommull med tjock sula och ribbad översida. I miss Pringle golf socks and 5G golf socks with thick souls and ribbed overside.

As of now Monday June 8th I have not received my purchase. I finally received my purchase this morning. They are lovely.
A hole developed after wearing them twice and they’ve worn through in four places after approx 10 times being worn. They were quite expensive compared with other brands which have lasted years. The larger size fits well around the foot but is too tight around the leg
worst experience in years. Delivery never happened. Royal Mail just messed up totally and Sock shop knew that stuff was not getting to their customers so instead of doing something about it such as changing delivery company they just came up with rubbish excuses. Never again

I never ordered or received the item I am being asked to review. I replied about this but my email was returned undeliverable.
Disappointed I'm afraid. It was a gift and they could not have got it more wrong. Only half of the socks were in the gift box. The message wasn't included and they sent the bill/ invoice in the package. The socks were good but the gift element was completely ruined.
The advisor was informed that I had purchased these socks for a purpose, we were burying a relative and wanted the socks for this reason, if I had been told that the socks had not been posted I would have cancelled and purchased from elsewhere but after five calls we were told that our parcel had been sent out already which was a blatant lie and they were absolutely useless to me when they arrived two days later, I know these are strange times and I get things are delayed but to be fobbed off at a distressing time anyway is not good practice I would have rather been told the truth that they had not been posted.
Package not received and the response from facebook is that it can take weeks for Sockshop to receive returned packages. The order is from February, arriving in Greece on 20th March. It's already been weeks!
We unfortunately can’t review them because we are still waiting for them to be delivered!!
