The socks arrived timely and look like just what I had ordered, however in the pack of four pairs, one sock managed to have a hole worn into it on the first wear and so I was dissatisfied with the quality of the socks

My order was never delivered - which was disappointing because it was a Christmas gift. At first SockShop told me there was a delay but must have been lost in the post. The customer service issued a full refund.

The size supplied was one lower than ordered, XL instead of XXL (unless the software tried to correct it). I'm not sending them back as it's too much bother plus I can just squeeze in, but someone got it wrong somewhere.

Had to return socks due to fit - better description needed. They looked like children's socks! I was told they stretch to fit, but not everyone likes that kind of tight fit so it should be stated in description. Return was dealt with very painlessly and promptly though.

I ordered a pair of Pringle Socks on 10.12.17 and received an email on 1.127 to say they had been despatched. as I had not received them by 21.12.17 I contacted Sock Shop who had no idea where my order was and then told me the socks were out of stock. I ordered another pair of socks but had to pay extra for them to be delivered by the next day. I AM NOT IMPRESSED.

No availability, I wanted more items but couldn’t buy. I also ordered 4 items but only 3 went through. And I had to sign for the items? Wasn’t on, now need to go to the depot to pick up low value items

I am yet to receive my order, having been dispatched on a Monday of this week. I called yesterday and was told it will be here today at the latest but they couldn’t provide any more tracking information. Quite disappointed as I ordered in good time and I now risk not receiving in time for cheistmas

Order received as promised, fast shipping and fast delivery but product really disappointing, socks are cute and funny but can't be worn.

Great quality socks, just a bit of a shame that the delivery isn't any faster, dispatched on the 15th and arrived Thursday the 21st, didn't think they would be here in time for Christmas. It does say usually takes 2/3 days via royal mail but after contacting customer services they say 7 days. I think 7 days to receive a product via royal mail is a little long, must be second class. Just be careful if you are buying for a present, but a good few weeks before.

I ordered a hat one month ago and I haven't received yet. I've asked for the refund and they have issued for me.

Service was ok but I paid for next day delivery, however, the goods were not delivered the next day
