Sockshop need to find a new courier, our item has been to Weston super Mare and various other places. Today the courier told us once again that it was being redirected to us from.... yes you guessed it, Weston super Mare and we live in Derbyshire.

A different set of socks to what I had ordered arrived despite the slip inside stating my original order. I tried to call up to sort it out but couldn’t get through.

I still haven’t received my order so no idea! Was meant to be a gift for a birthday but that’s gone now! I understand postage is a bit slower at the moment but this is taking the mickey! Would have ordered else where

The wrong item is quoted on the previous page and this seems typical since I have to send back my purchase of underwear -- you sent Small and not XXL

The service is good but very disappointed with the product and am returning as they are totally wrong in size the leg holes won’t fit a size 8 leg fit through them let alone size 12 that they supposedly are

Easy ordering. Speedy delivery. However disappointed with cost of product. My own fault for not reading pack size however on reflection next day checked my order and was to say the least disappointed that one pair cost 15. 99. I did think I was ordering a pack of 3. I pay 14 99 approx for 4 pairs of wool socks (full socks) hence shocked at 1 pair of trainer liners for the same price.
