Items that I'd placed in the basket were missing when my order processed. This meant I missed out on free postage and a free gift! I contacted Sock Shop immediately as I did want the other items and I hoped to increase my order. The Sock Shop website said it was too late to change my order because it was nearing Christmas. It's the first time I've ordered from the Sock Shop . . . it will probably be the last, based on one slightly obnoxious policy!

I made a mistake when ordering and my free gift wasn't included in my order. I telephoned but was told 'no, sorry, we wont send it out to you'. I am waiting for a reply to my email in which I have said that I will send my order back for a full refund and re-order if they wont agree to send out the gift.

I received the free gift this morning, thank you. However, I did not receive a response to my email telling me they were being sent. If I had, I wouldn't have left this feedback. Your items are usually good quality, however as these are Xmas Gifts I cant comment on the specific items. Your customer service staff may need a little extra training!!

I am very happy with the quality of the socks, however, the sizes are all incorrect. I am a size 4 and whilst I ordered socks that were for sizes 4-7, all the socks are too large. You don't buy shoes for sizes 4-7 and the size 4-7 do not fit a size 4 foot. When I received the socks I thought nothing of it and took the tickets off and so now cannot send them back. I spent a lot and am a little disappointed that they do not fit me and cannot wear them.

Easy to order personalised initial on socks, good quality socks, and very good price. However, I wanted to order socks with my sons names on but they don't have that option, and Socks with ready - made names only have English name options on.

Would have been five stars, apart from the fact that the socks were a replacement pair for socks that were out of stock after I had ordered them. Customer service were excellent, but the stars were lost on this because I had to pay postage for the replacement pair after having given them a large order.

Make their web site easier to buy from. Each time I tried to order any change meant the site basket emptied and you had to start again from the beginning. When trying to buy a large number of pairs for a group reunion this was infuriating..

Disappointed that the 'SockShop' logo is not on the socks. I have purchased hockshop products previously and it was distinct. Now they are just socks like any others!!!!!!!

The next day delivery service was excellent but the item bought was terrible,so small so have given them to my granddaughter who is aged 8 who takes a size 3 - who thinks they are lovely!!

I'm sorry, you have not received your order yet. Your order was dispatched on Monday the 30th of October. Delivery usually takes 2-3 days, however, we do ask to allow 7 working days. I found it very dificcult to sort out and order what socks I wanted. When I tried previous orders I found some items had been deleted. After some time in trying to place an order I managed to copy a previous order which was delivered very promtly. I feel that your website needs looking at by a "new" customer and then see what they say as regards ease of use to place an order and to be sure exactly what you are ordering. How do I get into my aacount as you do not seem to recognise that I have placed several orders with you?
