I ordered 2 sets of 3pair socks - one set contains visibly smaller socks - they'll do but I'm slightly irritated
Loss of two stars due to no email confirmation of order, no despatch email, almost all the socks purchased state wash at 40 degrees, but don't state 'no tumble dry'. This is important information for customers! Now I have a pile of new socks which I somehow need to dry; and please no one say 'line dry the old way', I'm not in a position to do that. Please, sockshop inform customers clearly before they buy. Also my set of Jeep socks seem to have small patches of stitching in a lighter colour scattered around, as if someone mended them or, in places, joined the strands of wool together but couldn't be bothered to use the right colour... I've used Sockshop before and have been happy with my purchases, so hope they check out my review and make some modifications.
On line service is not very initiative.
No problems ordering and the delivery was quite soon after. However, I'm sick of your pop-up ads appearing on my computer screen since placing an order with Sock Shop. Never again!
I was happy enough, with the exception that the socks were labelled size 4-8. Perfect I thought, as I am size 6. However, although wearable, I would have labelled them size 4. I hate to think what any one with size 8 feet would do. Why don't you give a length in inches of centimetres?
I looked online for what I wanted and on the day it was out of stock. I gave my email to be notified when items were back in stock. I wasn't yet I am sent regular marketing emails that are time appropriate but irrelevant to me e.g. buying despicable me socks for my children; I have none. In the long time I have been with sock shop, I have not even received a discount tailored to my spending pattern or birthday
delivered when tthey said it would. made it very easy to return unwanted items
The Elle organic knee high socks are not as good quality as they used to be. They are not as soft and are a lot smaller than they used to be.
My concern is not with your service. So far i have worn two pairs of the Farah socks. The first pair were fine and fitted well but the second pair seemed quite small and did not cover my feet very well.
good service but socks do not "stay up"
The free gift was an absolute con.I was encouraged to spend more for the free gift.The gift is the biggest joke.
Product not as described - socks very tight
The items ordered arrived promptly and well packaged, however, the 'free' gift offered with the purchase did not.
Loving the men's bambo socks but this time of year you should have a larger range of organic ankle socks for men! Whitch you don't.
Nearly a week since I ordered & still not arrived. Website says 2-3 days. When I've ordered before service has been better. Was hoping for goods for my holiday but looking doubtful .
