My purchase was taken with an incorrect adress and the package was sent back to sockshop. I have left a comment about this with my email address, reference number and home adress but have still heard nothing.

Still not received goods. Royal mail said I wasnt in but gave no indication where my goods were.

This socks are very nice but I was really really annoyed that they came in a plastic and bubble wrap parcel that cannot be recycled. This is so unnecessary. I will never be using your shop again unless the packaging is changed.

Didn’t get my socks in time for my wedding. Actually haven’t gotten the socks I ordered at all. And when I emailed them to cancel my order they did not respond.

This service usually takes between 7-10 days to arrive but may take longer due to postal delays. For this reason we ask customers to allow up to 14 days for their order to arrive. Packaged arrived little damaged only to find out the contents were removed as the box was empty. Informed sockshop but no response... Terrible

ordered on February 23 and after 9 days I have no news of my package no tracking number ........ brief disappointment.

I didnt see the box to find the free gift choice. I contacted customer service after the delivery came. As to be honest I thought it would be a standard gift. I asked if they could send my gift. They said I should of chose it. I said shall I send back my purchases then. Her reply was "thats up to you." Charming.....

When I said could I have a gift she said not able. So I said so I will just cancel this and send it all back Her reply was thats up to me. So there was no help in solving this issue. They are different to what I bought a few years ago. The fabric is not as soft and the fit is small. And I’m only a size Euro 46-47, UK 11-12.
