I still believe it’s not your fault, but the truth is: I’m still waiting for the delivery, after seven days. I’m used to buy online, and I never hat to wait such a long period as this, except when I buy from China.

This service usually takes between 7-10 days but may sometimes take longer due to postal delays. For this reason we ask that customers allow up to 14 days for their order to arrive. It would have helped to actually receive a product to review. Also, website said to order by December 14 to get by Christmas in the US, well I ordered December 11 and it’s now December 31 and still nothing and no one is working until January 2 so I can’t even ask about it. When asked if they could at least give me shipping info they said they don’t provide interns toOval shipping information so I literally have no idea where my item is. Needless to say I am not pleased

Make sure that items are actually in stock if they say they are. Especially when it was meant to be a Christmas present

Did not receive product in time for Xmas (still have not received the product) even though I did not miss the Xmas post cut off as stated on your website. A very disappointed 4 year old did not have the gift she picked out for her uncle. Had to make a last minute dash to the shops on Xmas Eve to buy him some chocs until the socks arrive.

This was a surprise xmas treat for my partner but I received a refund on my credit card the day it was supposed to be delivered for absolutely no reason what so ever. I timed it to perfectly arrive exactly 12 days before xmas... and it just completely ruined the surprise. Really annoyed.
