Prompt acknowledgement of my order and regularly updated me regarding despatch. A well packed parcel and the goods as I expected. I would definitely use them again.
Cheap postage and quick delivery. Items were a branded from a particular brand so I know the item was what I wanted.
Arrived really quickly in recyclable bag, yay. I love bamboo socks, so soft and comfy. Only 4 stars as one of my socks had a big hole in it :( Quality control... :( Not worth returning as others fine & bought in sale.
Pros Very cosy bedsocks, timely delivery Cons too many plastic ties holding socks together plus plastic hook to hang up. Only need one thing to hold together and use something other than plastic please!

Legwarmers came rapidly. Poor quality product though,and a lurid pale pink. I need to aim for better quality products in the future.
The socks are great and I would have given 5 stars but was disappointed that each of the adult pairs (not the kids ones) came with a small plastic hanger. I'm always trying to cut down on plastic so found this rather wasteful. If you can get rid of excess plastic my review will go up to 5 stars!

Socks arrived within two days of order
Unfortunately I will not recieve the product until June when friends come out to Italy. (i did not want to pay the Italian taxes for imports and therefore only 4 stars). However that being said when using this company previously the actual product have been first class and the delivery quick. I have been using this product for over 10 years and always found them excellent
Fast delivery, tracked perfectly, notified well of progress. Unfortunately, the first sock I opened had a hole across the toe seam which somewhat annoyed me and the lady the socks were bought for.
