Your service is good but the product was no good for my disability my diabetes’s the socks didn’t have enough stretch and room
Je n'ai jamais reçu ma commande. Cela fait plus de 1 mois.
Sent the wrong items and their business processes are not flexible for customers when it is the companies fault in the first place - still without the socks i ordered. Issues happen, it is how you fix them is the the true test of a business - disappointing service and customer services responses
My order has not arrived
I have not recieved my socks yet. if they do not come tomorrow will contact sockshop directly
Unfortunately I can't . My package was delivered and was open at one end and the contents had been removed except your 'thank you for shopping with us' note. I have passed a complaint on to Royal Mail and awaiting a response.i
Rubbish I ordered socks from them but their dispatch department sent the order out with an incomplete address which in turn caused Royal Mail to have to return the parcel to the senders. After several e-mails trying to resolve the issue from 01/10/2019 to 24/10/2019 when I suggested that if the parcel had not been received and that I had a sales contract with them and therefore a new parcel should be dispatched and their non return from Royal Mail could be the subject of a claim. The response to me received by e-mail today was to refund the payment which had been removed from my bank account on 04/10/2019. No further communication was sent in way of explanation. I would not consider placing an order with them again if this is their idea of achieving customer satisfaction!
I haven't received the goods
Det eneste der er sket er at pengene er trukket på min konto, men jeg har ikke modtaget sokkerne endnu. Så hvis I meget gerne vil høre hvad jeg syntes. Så bliver max til en stjerne og håber de kommer meget snart, det er jo en uge siden de blev bestilt!
The service was fine but the product quality is poor. After just wearing on about 5 occasions they have holes in.
Disappointed with sockshop. A ridiculous range of bamboo socks means it's near impossible to choise, and as I feared, I ended up with socks which aren't the same quality as I had before. This is a company who now focuses on quantity over quality. They use to sew sockshop into the soul, so I knew these were my posh socks. Not anymore. Its now easier to go to a shop where I can tell the quality before purchasing them. Very disappointed with the current sicjs. Cheap, and unlikely last.
Very poor customer service. I paid £6.95 for next day delivery before the specified 5pm cut off time on a Friday, as per the website, but did not receive my items until Monday. When I complained they said that it was only next day if it was a working day and Saturday is not a working day. Why would anyone pay £6.95 if they weren’t getting their items next day? There was no goodwill from the company at all
Buy not bombarding me with your adds on n the internet and getting my order straight. I did not buy men's socks. If men's socks arrive, they will be returned hopefully at your expense
I havent received my parcel yet?? I paid for next day delivery last tuesday it's now been 7 days??
