Quick delivery of goods
Socks were what I was looking for as I wanted woollen knee high and these fitted the bill in that respect, although they are a little thinner quality than I would have liked.

Good prompt service and problem-free delivery. I was surprised to find that one of the 3 sets of 3 socks I had ordered came in a different sort of packet (side by side, rather than in a bundle) but that may have been because I didn't read the website description properly. Not a major problem.
Speedy service, as ordered
Nice socks but I thought the design was slightly different to what I was expecting. I thought that the socks were going to be green but anyway they were still nice and made of bamboo which is fairly eco friendly so I was pleased to see that. I haven't worn them yet so I can't say how they feel.
Item was packaged very well, and despatched within a day of order; arrived within 3 days which was very good, considering free delivery. Socks are great quality though a bit pricey (as expected), certainly will look into buying again.
I ordered from sock shop last week and the order arrived promptly. However when I went to order the same product this week I found that there was no code number on the product or invoice and I was unable to see exactly what product I had previously ordered. When I phoned the order line the assistant could not access my previous order as she had to contact head office. However she did phone me back about an hour later and I was able to reorder. Well done to her. If you would put a code number on your products it would save a lot of hassle!
socks good, too big a range of size for ladies socks 4to 7 too big if you are a size 4
