Socks ordered and said to be despatched 7 days ago. Not received today and mail has been delivered. NOT GOOD!

Not happy with the service you provide. I was told that the gift I had purchased would be delivered within 2-3 working days. There was no response from the person I bought for over a week later and so assumed they did not like the gift! Turns out it never arrived! I emailed Sock Shop and by this time I realise that unlike most other companies, there is no tracking facility available to find out where your goods actually are or have even arrived at their destination! The girl I emailed at Sock Shop said the gift would be sent out again but I have no idea whatsoever if it was ever received. No one from your company can tell me if it was ever delivered (Can you tell me if it was delivered?) I do not want the embarrassment of ringing the recipient again to then find out his socks didn't arrive! Any ideas please. How about getting yourselves a tracking facility? Can you tell me if the gift I purchased actually arrived - not good enough to just see a debit turn up on my credit card.
I purchased a pack of 3 Calvin Klein underwear that arrived when I wasn’t there. The pants have been sent back and I requested a refund. It’s been a week and they haven’t arrived back and i haven’t been refunded. However the service has been good with trying to help but still haven’t been refunded
There customer service was not very friendly. I have been waiting for 3 weeks for my order to be delivered and they will not refund an order or do anything until an order is confirmed. Customer service provided absolutely no help to rectify my problem.
Poor, because though the packaging and invoice said Ankle Highs, the contents were in fact pop socks. We had intended to order pop socks in due course, so now require the Ankle Highs. We are not very happy getting something we did not order.
They sent me a product that does not match the description on the site. And they did not compensate for the return shipping. The order # 5217553
My son has just put a sock on and he's toes have come straight threw the top! Will be asking for another pair to be sent.
You need to have staff to deal with complaints on the phone, not just some one that takes orders. I am very disappointed with the service and the confusing returns system.
Service was good, but the socks were not. Incredibly itchy and not able to wear them.

The Black tights much too small. Cannot send them back because I tried them on? Honey tights a good fit. Black knee highs good fit.
Product goood but next day deliver wasnt next day so will be chasing up to get my money back
