I am sorry that you have not yet received your items. Your order was dispatched on the 22/03/18. This service usually takes between 7-10 days. But we do ask customers to wait up to 14 days in case of postal delays.If you do not received your items by the 5/04/18 please get in touch at contact@sockshop.co.uk

Thank you for leaving your feedback. I am sorry that your order has not arrived yet. Your order was dispatched on the 14/03/18 via Royal Mail Air Mail which usually takes 7-10 days. However, due to postal delays this may take longer. There we ask customers to wait up to 14 days which is the 28/03/18. I ordered Mens 4 Pair Jeep Performance Boot Socks and it's been almost a week and they haven't arrived. To top it off I'm being asked.to review 1 pair of Hugo Boss sock that I did not order. Can I be contacted asap please.

Ordered 4 items when they arrived 1 item was not what I ordered 3 items were okay. Couldn’t be bothered to return just the one item but wouldn’t shop here again.

service ok but tights were too small so bit disappointed. I've brought these in the past and they were much bigger even though were one size. So disappointed.

Dreadful. I was sent the wrong items. When I contacted customer service (Zoe Hyndman) by email there was no apology, it was suggested that I had made a mistake, and told to return them if I was 'unhappy'. I asked whether the correct items could be sent out and received no reply despite a reminder. I will not ever order from SockShop again.
