I placed an order on the 12 th of January and it has not arrived. It's very disappointing
Product paid for and not received and no response or credit received. Outrageous
We have not received the socks yet.
I didn't receive the Order you've asked me about, I'm sure it was a carrier PROBLEM.. Not Sockshop..As I have always been pleased with ALL my previous Orders. Their Customer service has been good and is still on going.
Order not yet delivered, UPS tried once and have failed to re-deliver when rearranged

The quality of the socks was awful, they were very thin and patchy so returned them. The ordering, delivery and return process was efficient
I purchased six pairs of socks that were incorrectly listed on your website as being pink, when they arrived the color was actually orange and not pink. I live in the US so I now have to a post office, line up, buy packaging, pay for postage and email you the receipt for a refund.. Total waste of my time and a terrible experience from SockShop.
Haven't received my order! It's the first time it happens. Can you please see what is going on?
ordered using a discount code and spent enough to get free delivery. was sent wrong item so queried with customer service they said return and request replacement so had inconvenience of returning parcel to post office etc, I explained did not want refund would prefer replacement or alternative. Was given refund without being contacted. Called customer service again and was told could order alternative but discount code expired and would have to pay delivery. Took a lot of complaining to get delivery refunded and item cost me more than original order. This was xmas presents and would never use this company again
The Socks were so thin they were virtually transparent, I am appalled to have been stupid enough to pay the amount of monies I did for them.. Will by- pass sock shop in future. Regards
I ordered 2 pairs of cashmere socks in late November for a Christmas present in size large at a cost of $80. They turned out to be too big, so I used the instructions on your website to return & exchange them. Instead of exchanging them, you credited my credit card for the purchase, but you did not send the ones I asked for in exchange. So in about 2 weeks, I reordered the color & size I needed—men’s 9-11.5. I finally received them today, but you sent the wrong size. You sent large, 11.5-13, even though your packing slip stated that you sent size 9-11.5. This is very frustrating for me and expensive having to pay return postage. Your product seems nice, but your customer service stinks!
I still have not received my purchase. Would you please look into this for me?
