Email confirmation of order didn't arrive until after the order had been delivered!
Ive not had my delivery yet
Ordered 25/7/17 still not rececived order 2/8/17 very disappointed.
No idea, the socks still haven't arrived. This is despite other items that I ordered from other shops at the same time (with equivalent delivery terms) already arriving several days ago.
Unfortunately I did not receive a free gift for purchase more then 30 £. I will not use it anymore.
We didn't get what I asked for. I asked for plain bamboo gentle cuff and goat something totally different
My delivery still hasn't arrived,, AGAIN, and the website didn't send me confirmation of payment. CUSTOMER SERVICES PLEASE CONTACT ME OR GIVE ME A REFUND!!
Terrible. Ordered at the end of May and have still not received my order. Ordered socks for fathers day and i am really disappointed.

After one week I have had nothing but the confirmation of order email. Normally SockShop offers much better service than this
Paid for next day delivery, got the socks 4 days later. Couldn't use PayPal as doesn't work on sockshop website. I emailed them to complain about both issues and got a load of rude replies. Totally unprofessional.
I ordered 12 pairs of socks two weeks ago and I am still waiting for delivery. The mail tracking via Royal Mail only works in the UK. I'm in Australia and there's no way to track the delivery as the AusPost website doesn't recognize the tracking ref. I get many items delivered from the UK most companies use FedEx or DHL and delivery is usually within one week. Conclusion: Not a great experience
