Ordered on a Sunday paid £5.99 for express delivery, need for the Wednesday, so was expecting before the Tuesday . They didn't arrive until the Wednesday, but I'd left for my holiday. I called for refund but was told Monday was a holiday which I wasn't aware of. I am a very good customer and am always buying socks. Well, they wouldn't refund the express delivery fee which has irked me rather.
My order has not yet been delivered. I received an email last week confirming delivery. Please explain why it has not been delivered yet.
Placed an order over two weeks ago not had any conformation email or been delivered poor service and when spoke to sock shop on the phone refused to give me my money back, awful service
Order went missing and their response was second rate. Non existent customer service. Sorted eventually but not easy. I work for an online retailer and was appalled by Sock Shop response. Have bought from them many times but never again.
I have already placed some others in the past and I never had any problem with that. Now, I placed an order for more than a month, and I didn't receive my products yet. Also, I was informed that there is no Tracking Number to follow up the shipment.

I would have selected excellent but they advised that if you spend over a certain amount you get a free gift. I selected my gift but this was never sent to me together with the socks. Very disappointing. I don't really feel like going through the hassle to chase this...........
I dont have my product
I did not receive the free gift of one pair of mens socks. I ordered 3 pairs of womens socks and wanted my son to try a pair but the free gift did not show up with my order.
My order was for Christmas and when I looked at the shipping schedule it should have been here by the 24th. It is now the 27th and my order still isn't here! In fact, I am wondering who I should contact and how I should do it. Is there a tracking system available? Please get my order to me!
