Have not yet received socks after 9 days!!

Your order was dispatched on 9/6/16 via Royal Mail Air Mail, and though overseas delivery usually takes 5 working days, we do ask customers to allow 10 working days in case of postal delays. I Didn't receive a confirmation email stating that my order had been dispatched. I contacted customer service as order had not arrived yet after 8 days. I Asked whether it was possible to either track the package or resend it. I also informed the customer service advisor that the order form provided in their website had automatically filled in my address and that it had included incorrect info (which I only noticed after the order had went through) I was told parcel couldn't not be tracked and that I should wait for another day given the error (generated by their system by the way). Sent another email today asking for order to be cancelled as it's now 12 days since I bought the items. Nothing has arrived at my address. No answer to my query so far

I ordered the socks on 2nd April. Sock Shop contacted me by email on 7th April to say delivery had been unsuccessful. They want me to pay another £6 for next day delivery despite the failure to deliver being their fault not mine. It is now the 10th and they have still not arrived. Very disappointed with such a poor service.

I do not like giving my credit card details over the internet , so I order using the telephone. When I tried to do this recently , my order for six pairs of socks was refused because it was just over the £70.00 limit the girl I spoke to was allowed to accept. It was under £2.00 over the limit. Your limit is ridiculously low. I had to give my credit card details over the internet, which I hate doing. At the end , it said my order was not accepted. I phoned to check why my order was rejected, and I was told it went through. I do not expect to be subjected to such an ordeal , just to order six pairs of socks.

Products not arrived yet, were ordered Saturday 26th March, delivery should be as advertised in 2-3 working days. There was a bank holiday om Monday 28th March but the parcel should still have arrived on Friday 1st of April. Will be contacting Sockshop for track and trace details of the parcel. However, my husband ordered an item last week which arrived very quickly, beautifully packaged and was delighted with the quality of the product inside. Such a shame.

I ordered my socks last sunday and now it is friday and still have not received my order and have not even receieved an email of it beibg shipped out. Then i went to their website and they cant be reached for another 5 days due to maintence. Poor service. I do not recommend.

I ordered my socks on the basis that delivery would take 2-3 days as indicated and that I needed them 7 days after ordering them and I haven't received them in time.

I ordered my socks on a Sunday and paid an extra £6.00 to have next day delivery. The socks didn't arrive . I phoned and was told that no order made on a Sunday would ever arrive on the next day. I am still waiting for my £6.00 refund. And although I was asked for a safe place for them to be left, the socks are languishing 3 miles away in a post office. Poor service.

Thank you for your recent order and for taking the time to leave your feedback. I am sorry to hear that these were not delivered on the Monday as you expected. We do state on our delivery information page, however, that items purchased at the weekend will be sent out the next working day, and therefore "next working day delivery" would mean the Tuesday. We do also state that this service will require a signature upon delivery, and so the postman would not be able to leave this in a safe place without obtaining a signature.
