I had great difficulty in placing my order as the website coud not accept m payment. It took 3 days after unsuccessful attempts. I eventually 'phoned but even they could not place the order. After some time they 'phoned me back and we had success. What a pilaver! I would not have persisted but for the fact my son had requested these socks as his birthday gift

i ordered several 3 packs of charcoal grey socks, so i kept it very simple, what could go wrong? i have received 3 different shades of grey from light to dark. Amazing that selling something as simple a socks is beyond the capabilities of a company that sells only socks. let's be positive though, at least they are not selling anything more complex.

Thank you for your feedback. As per the images provided on the product the "Charcoal" selection is 3 shades of grey per pack. I am very sorry if this was unclear and if you would like to return the product using the free post label provided we will be happy to refund this order for you. charcoal grey is a single colour but it is not three different colours so I would suggest you name the product properly in future. the photo is not clear as you suggest, it does not show three pairs of socks in a pack so does not show the product being sold, instead it shows three individual socks on three model feet, i assumed this was to show that there is a colour range, you are required to chose the colour before purchasing, i chose charcoal grey, a single colour, but i did not choose three different colours. Surely you would call it a multi colour pack, or show the actual pack as sold, or make the colour choices clear to tell the customer that they are choosing three different colours, come on, how long have you been selling socks for, surely this is pretty basic stuff?? i cant return them as i have used them since i needed to wear them (the reason i bought them believe it or not) so never mind i'll keep them, i just wanted to do you and other customers a favour by giving this feedback, but next time i go to my sock drawer and there is only mismatching colours in there and i have to wear them i will be cursing sock shop a little! ps. if you had good customer service you would send me charcoal grey socks (as advertised) and let me keep the other colours.

I was charged £8.99 for next day delivery which was Saturday but did not recieve goods until Monday afternoon so I paid postage for a bad service. Mr T Nicholl

I hate the. Fact thaat I don't get any tracking for my product. Ontop of that I have Recieved my socks and they are small and. I. Ordered size 11-13 n. These seems like some female socks
