Problem with order still have not heard from them

Goods ordered on 12th June but still not received by close of play on Friday 20th June. At this point, I'm assuming that in all probablity they are not going to turn up and that I'll have to chase. The experience would not encourage me to use SockShop again.

Thank you for your feedback, and I am extremely sorry for any frustration caused. This is most disappointing. Our orders to Ireland normally take around 3-4 working days for delivery so this is unusual. In this case we would please ask that you allow 10 days after dispatch for EEC delivery and if it has not arrived by then that you contact us immediately on contact@sockshop.co.uk so that we can rectify. The information on the website is misleading. I have still not yet RECEIVED MY ORDER that was to be delivered in 2-3 days. On telephone follow up it made after 5 days I was now told it takes 9 days. My order was dispatched on 9/6/14 as per email confirmation I received. I will NEVER order again from sockshop. I ordered 5 pairs and Not 1 as per your survey!

Your order was dispatched on the 9th June and you have confirmed here on the 14th June that you have still not received it. I can assure you that this is not the norm and that our orders normally take 2-3 days for UK delivery. Of course, very occasionally there can be a small delay and we ask that you allow a maximum of 7 days for UK delivery. Of course if your order has not arrived by then please contact us immediately on contact@sockshop.co.uk and SockShop will replace your order or refund you in full. Since the 7 days has now passed I will ask my colleague Zoe to contact you to ensure you have now received your order. Best wishes, Cassie

Usually excellent but not on this occasion as I have not yet received the product. I was told they had been dispatched and that was speedy, but the courier (Royal Mail?) has not delivered

I still haven't received the socks so am not impressed

My order was put in on the 28th of November, and I have not yet received it, after endless emails back and forth, I was todl it was resent via royal mail with a tracking number that does not work. I have phoned to complain thsi morning in which I was told they were going to contact heaadoffice and phone me back and I am still waiting. Highly dissapointed in your services.

It appears that you first order was lost in transit, this is most unusual and I apologise for this. So that you receive it, this order was resent to you. I believe that Zoe has also advised of your parcel's tracking number which can be tracked on the Royal Mail site. I have checked this and the tracking number is correct. If your order has still not arrived in the next few days please do drop Zoe an email so that we can deal with this matter further. on the website i was given the impression that these socks were seamless hence the price. my son has problems with his feet and after spending 19 pound on socks im still at square 1.

I am very sorry for any disappointment caused. We do try and make it as clear as possible on the product page within the description that these socks have special smooth, hand linked toe seams which means that they do still have seams but they are not like a normal bulky seam. The seams have been created by linking the stitches of the two sides of the toe seam together with one thread creating a comfortable, flat seam. I am extremely sorry to hear that your son did not like them and that you felt these kids socks do not justify the £1.25 price per pair. Please do return them back to us using the freepost UK returns label and you will be fully refunded. I have refunded you for one pair already as these socks are part of our best socks or your money back offer where we will refund (one pack only) if you do not think they are the best socks on the planet. My apologies for any confusion caused and we hope that we can rectify this matter. Cassie
