Problem with order still have not heard from them
Goods ordered on 12th June but still not received by close of play on Friday 20th June. At this point, I'm assuming that in all probablity they are not going to turn up and that I'll have to chase. The experience would not encourage me to use SockShop again.
The information on the website is misleading. I have still not yet RECEIVED MY ORDER that was to be delivered in 2-3 days. On telephone follow up it made after 5 days I was now told it takes 9 days. My order was dispatched on 9/6/14 as per email confirmation I received. I will NEVER order again from sockshop. I ordered 5 pairs and Not 1 as per your survey!
I have not received the socks as yet
Usually excellent but not on this occasion as I have not yet received the product. I was told they had been dispatched and that was speedy, but the courier (Royal Mail?) has not delivered

late late late. not even here a week after christmas...
I still haven't received the socks so am not impressed
My order was put in on the 28th of November, and I have not yet received it, after endless emails back and forth, I was todl it was resent via royal mail with a tracking number that does not work. I have phoned to complain thsi morning in which I was told they were going to contact heaadoffice and phone me back and I am still waiting. Highly dissapointed in your services.
My wife bought me Calvin Klein socks in House of Fraser for £6.00, Sock Shop cost £10.00 !
Socks arrived in good time.
on the website i was given the impression that these socks were seamless hence the price. my son has problems with his feet and after spending 19 pound on socks im still at square 1.
I sent 2 messages to customer services and did not receive replies to either of them. Poor service!!!
