I asked for gift rapping and a message. Did not happen. Really disappointed.

Thank you for your feedback about the SockShop service. I am sorry for any disappointment caused. Unfortunately we do not currently offer gift wrap, I think you may be referring to our offer of a gift message and gift receipt. This is a free of charge service where you are able to add a personalized message to the top of the enclosed paperwork and get a gift receipt where none of the prices are shown within the parcel. I have looked at your order and can confirm that the gift message your requested was printed at the top of the paperwork. I am sorry for any confusion caused and hope that this did not ruin your SockShop experience too much. Best wishes, Cassie

order not yet received after 7 days - website states 2 - 3 days

I paid for the item 2-7-13 it's now 2-18-13 and the socks still have not arrived!! Where are they? Why haven't they been delivered yet?

I have not received the product i paid for. Very disappointed with this.

Normally orders arrive the next working day or the working day after that. I have noticed that your address is quite vague so this could be the problem here. the mens slipper socks arrived very punctually but on opening the parcel i noticed one of the packages open the socks on investigation had two holes in one of the pair these had obviously been returned and then sent out to another customer namely me i will not use this company again.

We only ever put unworn, non-faulty returned items back into stock and so this item must have been missed in our system. My deepest apologies for this. Many thanks for your feedback, I can see form our system that your order was despatched on the 8th November, usually orders arrive within 7-10 days but we do know some orders to the USA can take 3 weeks, have you still not received this order?.
