Phone service was very good, I used that service because I found he web page a little confusing.

The order was promptly dealt with but delivered to a neighbour by the P O. They were eventually retrieved and the postman was most apologetic. The socks are good and my husband likes them very much.

Efficient service and good product. Have since tried to buy more products but all out of stock - disappointing!

ordering on line and delivery was very good and quick, but when they arrived I put one pair on and they shedded everywhere, so I had to wash them all. Hopefully this will stop the shedding as it’s difficult to clear it all off the carpet. They are warm and soft and comfortable

When I searched your site for black bamboo socks with flat toe seams and comfort tops, nothing came up. I bought some others, but found the tops uncomfortably tight by the end of the day. When I contacted you to ask about them, I had a very helpful response, and was sent a link to the socks I wanted. Your socks are 5 star, but the search facility on your website has lost you a star because I was unable to find what I wanted, on 2 separate occasions. (I have just checked your site again, and they come up, so the problem has been solved.)

Great product but delivery cost makes a pair of socks quite expensive. Socks are really cosy and come just below the knee
