Good product. I was only sent half my order but when I phoned the mistake was rectified quickly and the missing goods soon dispatched to me

I bought my first bamboo socks about 2 years ago and they are still excellent. Bamboo socks are the best thing since sliced bread.Unlike Cotton socks they don't shrink or go hard

the process was one of the quickest I have had dealings with recently. The only down side,was the contents being placed in a rather unnecessarily large cardboard box rather than perhaps a large envelope I don't like wastage.

Very good service, delivered when expected and packaged well but they weren’t the sort of Bamboo socks I expected, they are silky where as the ones I have had. Before are very soft and warm. But kept them because they are still very nice

the order arrived quickly as wrong size was sent the communication was excellent and had email to say they had my sock back and were sending out the right size that day

Great service and prompt delivery. Just dissappointed there were so many stripy bamboo docks out of stock, especially size 6 for men. Could do with a bigger range of kids bamboo socks too.
The service was fine however received two boxes that should have had four in each only one of them contained only three !
