Very good service.
Quick efficient service
It was easy to order and I got it sent no problem nice socks
Bamboo cotton socks. Very good service, comfortable soft touch, breathable and colourful socks. Great range of colours. I’ve now bought 6/7 pairs of these. My only problem and feedback to the Sock Company is that my last three pairs wore out (holes in ball of the foot / heel) after around 1 year of use, I don’t wear socks particularly hard and would wear them for one day in every 14 approximately, so maybe 20 - 30 times in total before holes appeared. I have plenty of other socks that I wear at the same rate which last for years, some for 5-10 years. So it is slightly disappointing that these wear so quickly. Again, I’ve bought more of these as I do like them, however would happily pay £1 more per pair if they lasted another year.

item out of stock, received email when stock came in, subsequently purchased item. service could be improved if stock is temporarily assigned to customers who have been waiting for say 12 hours, with a link to online shopping basket with reserved item(s) in ready to purchase/add to. By the time I got onto the site stock levels were low and available to all - another few minutes after opening the email and would have missed out.
Quick delivery before time
Prompt delivery, soft-top socks are as they say.Very comfortable to wear.
