Order processed quickly and tracked delivery provided regular updates on my items' whereabouts. If ordering for Christmas, order a couple of weeks in advance as delivery took a little while and the Christmas rush may delay your delivery (as products are shipped with Royal Mail).

Speed of delivery and quality of packaging is very good, however, after ordering for the second time in a couple of months i still haven't had the colour of underwear that i was after! On both occasions i wanted navy with a light blue band (which i ordered), but received navy with a navy band in both orders (so 3 pairs of navy in total). Not a massive problem as i like the look of them anyway, it's just not what i ordered. Has this happened to many other people? Do you find you now have a massive stock of navy/light blue Dare to Wear boxers?!

Swift service. I ordered two different styles and returned one, the refund was speedily made. Reasonably priced.

Service was good but let down by Royal Mail. They sent it to the wrong sorting office and so it took an extra two days for delivery

Easy to order. Stock levels good and free delivery if you spend over £40. Quick delivery but it would be better if you could choose delivery date when you know you'd be in.
