Quick and easy to use - excellent diabetic sock choices
Seemed to be less choice of colour and style of the Gentle Grip variety of sock compared to a couple of years ago.
Very good. My only issue was the amount of packaging; cardboard boxed each pair of socks, all contained in one big box. Wasteful!
Good efficient service through to quick delivery
As with my several previous orders, delivery was swift. I had a query (of which more later), and my phone-call was answered quickly and pleasantly.
Overall good service with a fast response rate. I rated 4 stars because 1 out of the 4 pairs of socks I ordered was a duplicate. I contacted customer service and a refund for the duplicate pair was auctioned immediately. Other than that I would recommend.
The overshoes arrived quickly in the post but even though they were a size large 7-8 they were too small and I couldn't wear them. I am a size 7 so expected them to be ok.
