Before purchasing I had a query which was pleasantly and efficiently dealt with. The socks came to time and were as described . Simple ! However , my husband complained about the small plastic tags used to hold the socks together because he found it difficult to remove them without damaging the socks . That’s why I gave four stars and not five.
service is fine but difficult to reorder exactly the same as I ordered last time, unless you want a prepackaged mix of shades/colours - which is a pain and not what ideal. So had to order similar but not the same /single pairs instead.
