All good no problems arrived on time
Would buy from here again: straight-forward; good price; liked the option to donate a pair of socks rather than take a free gift.
Delivery ok, problem sock feet odd length up to 20mm.
I had a minor problem trying to find my way from the ordering page to paying. Some of us are not as computer literate as others. I thought it could be more obvious. Otherwise, no problem. The socks arrived here in good condition, and within the timeframe expected.
No email to enable tracking, but everything else excellent.
Items sent out promptly and very nicely packaged. Unfortunately I had to return them as I decided I needed the next size up. Sent back OK but then I wanted to order replacements and the website did not seem to work, which was disappointing
They were the only stockists I could find that had what I wanted. Also they delivered quicker than the estimate.
Kvalitetsstrømper til gode priser. SockShops egen Colour Burst serie er nogle af de bedste hverdagsstrømper, jeg har prøvet. Forsendelsen var ret længe undervejs denne gang, men det tillægger jeg Postnorden og nytårstravlhed.
They are just right.
Service is good but I have a problem with tender feet and only the socks with the multiple blue stripes give me comfort and the other two pairs go to the charity shop which means that my sock supply is unnecessarily expensive, I have discussed this over the phone and have been told that all three pairs are identical in manufacture. However I would dispute this and would be happy to purchase a number of the multiple stripe socks if you could get your supplier to extract them.
Good price great variety
It was very easy to use the Sock Shop site and order my socks. They came very quickly. They were lovely, but the size they said for the men's slipper socks (7-11) were not big enough, and he is a size 9! Just a tight fit. It was a shame, so had to send them back. That was easy too, and I have had a full refund promptly. I still will be ordering from the sock shop site, as their socks are very good!
