Speedy service and socks feel good quality. The only thing that is unclear is sizing. On the website it said 4-8. Bit in the socks it says 4-7. As they are a Christmas present- I cannot comment further. Just hope they fit, as recipient is a size 8!!Super service.

The service was good. My only complaint is that there was not any choice in large Gentle Grip socks. Only one design.

I found the web site very easy to use and no problem setting up my account to make my purchase. Nice to find no hidden pitfalls, order arrived very quickly and well packaged.

Lovely socks which arrived quickly. My only quibble is the use of plastic tiles and hangers which were unnecessary.

The socks I bought were badly packaged in that the product is extremely badly presented. They arrived in a plastic bag with a very poorly printed label with care instructions you’d need a magnifine glass to read. Paying £13.99 for a pair of socks I would expect better. However the lovely lady at customer service was very helpful.

The service was good and quick, unfortunately a packer made a mistake and only packed part of my order. I rang the office on the phone number on the despatch slip. They called me back shortly afterwards as promised. Checked my complaint and then said I would receive the rest of my order very quickly. In the next few days I received the rest of my order. So for the speed and efficiency in rectifying a mistake, they deserve credit. I had previously bought socks on 2 occasions and not only did they arrive quickly but they were also correct

Effective processing of order and delivered on time. Good to have the 10% discount, which brought prices in line with other retailers. Didn't receive the promised free gift!!
