Service was good , product description misleading
Needed some new black Thorlo walking socks so purchased them from SockShop as there was a special deal i.e. Buy one pair, get the second pair discounted. Socks arrived promptly and they were, as I fully expected, top quality. NB. I would have given SockShop 5 stars but when I tried to add some blue Thorlo's to the same order (exactly the same sock, ostensibly under the same offer) then try as I may, I couldn't get their system to enter the additional items at the same prices. So after going round in circles a few times, I applied a bit of Groucho Marx philosophy and simply gave up! Apart from that little issue though, excellent service.

Good website and delivery but very disappointed with how the gift message was simply printed on the shipping/delivery note in the smallest text humanly possible. Not worthy of a gift tag or message at all!!
