The order, made on Sunday, was delivered quickly considering the snow and ice in uk. Had hoped for a confirmation of order email, but didn’t get one.

Items ordered on 27-02-18, e-mail received telling me items had been dispatched, as of 06-03-18, items not received. (Feefo e-mail itemises items purchased as women's jockey briefs, items are actually men's socks.)

I am sorry that you have not yet received your order. Your items were dispatched on the 28/02/18 via Royal Mail which usually takes 2-3 days. Although we do ask that you wait up to 7 days in case of postal delays. If you do not receive your item today please contact us at contact@sockshop.co.uk

This purchase was made for an elderly relative that had previously been bought the gentle grip socks as a gift. The quality of the socks is excellent and do not leave the legs swollen with the elastic rib. The relative uses them as bed socks but I have bought an extra set so she can use them during the day.

Very pleased with experience of ordering from sock shop. Only issue is the hard plastic tie on a very finely women sock. Stitching spoilt once this was untangled and cut. Also not good for environment.

Good service, although I was invited to select a 'Free Gift' which never turned up with no explanation as to why it did not.
