Not having received the ordered items after 4 weeks of waiting I can only give the lowest rating. Unfortunately I believe Sock shop has been let down by their delivery agents (forgive me if I am wrong but I think it might have been Royal Mail). I have been in touch with the company and appear to be very helpful in trying to sort out the problem. Have yet to have resolution but from my previous dealing with Sock Shop they have been excellent.

I purchased Falke Homepads size. They arrived promptly. I have been slightly disappointed with them. My foot size is 10.5 (UK 0 or 45 (Euro) and I purchased the 8.5 - 11 size. I find them a tight fit and too difficult to pull on over other socks. They are also not too warm in cold weather being rather thin -roll on the summer! If it was not for the little pads I could easily use them with my shoes. I feel safe wearing them on polished wood flooring.

My order was quick to process and arrived in good time and well packaged. My only negative point would be the choice of free gift - the website promoting this deal showed many items, including a pair of men's socks that really appealed to me. As my order was men's underwear for my son's birthday ,this would have been an added bonus but in reality when my order was processed, I only had 3 items to choose from (albeit the choice of colour was varied), namely leg warmers, pocket squares and ladies socks.

All went smoothly and item arrive promptly although cardboard on socks was sticking out of packaging by the time they arrived but socks all ok!

No problem ordering received goods on time they were a Christmas gift after a couple of wears a hole has appeared so because of this will not by gloves from sock shop again

Good service and good products but disappointed with sizing of certain brands of socks. One size definitely does not fit all so there needs to be more choice to ensure customers get a correct fit. I am a size 5 but found the Elle socks size 4-8 were far too large in the feet, even after washing, whereas the Sockshop bamboo ones, although initially too big, were perfect once washed. Loved the bamboo ones so bought some more of those and will use the Elle ones as welly socks.
