Easy transaction and quick delivery. Got a good deal on Falke boot socks good fit and comfortable. The Heat socks are really good lovely and warm. Not impressed with the Glenmuir underpants, very uncomfortable, wouldn't buy again.

An email to give date for delivery or to explain if known will be delayed

Your order was dispatched on 27th November via Royal Mail which usually takes 2-3 working days for delivery, though we do ask customers to allow 7 days in case of postal delays. Realise it was Black Friday weekend so some delay understandable but am home whilst recovering from a stroke so am home to sign for deliveries but have no card or attempted delivery as yet - not a big order I know but as illness restricts me going shopping rely on the internet

The service for sockshop was good. prompt service both ways on supply and returns. I bought these thermal socks for disabled daughter. she has extremely poor circulation in feet and lower legs due to wheelchair/inactivity They are always very cold. Unfortunately, however good the socks they cannot retain heat that is not there. Had to return second pair for refund. Tried them in bed when circulation improves but tops not elasticated and came off during night.
