Ordered three packs of socks and received two. Contacted customer services and a week later still waiting for the final pack to arrive. First time I've used Sock Shop and rather disappointed.

Many thanks for your feedback. I am very sorry to hear this! Please know that this is not a regular occurrence with SockShop. I have checked your order on our system and the remaining pack was dispatched on 30th November via Royal Mail's 2nd Class service which usually takes 2-3 working days for delivery, though we do ask customers to allow 7 days in case of postal delays. Third set of socks received the day after I left the review so, to be fair and as a measure of customer service once things go wrong, couldn't really ask for more. My experience will not stop me using Sockshop again.

The Sockshop is, generally speaking, easy to handle. The service is OK, and there is a large selection. However my favourite Left-Right Knee Wool, (sensitive Berlin) is offerede in less colors than before.
