The service from this company is BEYOND outstanding!!! I ordered many socks in the late afternoon, which were delivered at noon the next day. This kind of service sets the platinum standard that I wish other companies would try to adhere to. WELL DONE TO EVERYONE at SOCKSHOP! Thank you very much!

I ordered some socks and paid extra for next day delivery. A week later I am still waiting. I tried to chase them after 24 hours to be told there was nothing they could do and I had to wait as Royal Mail had messed up. Still no socks or refund for shipping

Sadly the overall shopping experience is let down by their choice of courier. That being Royal Mail. Royal Mail service is trash and has been for a long time. Why stores insist on using them to deliver their products is puzzling. What was supposed to be a 48hr delivery ended up being a 120hr delivery ! And it’s not the first time Royal Mail deliveries from Sock Shop have turned up late. Give customers a choice of couriers. DPD and even EVRi provide a more reliable service.
