Good packaging and only took a couple of days to deliver

Socks arrived quickly and are as advertised. Not 5 star because I have found the socks to become different shapes after washing.

Good socks, long delivery time that was quite expensive

I would certainly use their services again...the follow-up by Customer Services was swift. My real disappointment was the size of the Jockey Y Fronts...I should have dropped two sizes to achieve a better fit. The socks were brilliant. Kind regards Dan Powell

Good service - only thing that made me give 4 stars was they didn't say when the parcel had been despatched - so I missed the delivery and had to collect from Royal Mail sorting office. Otherwise, nice socks.

Quick service and kept informed all the way

The wool rib tights, 100 denier, were marked as X TALL, and they are indeed such; they are a perfect length, beautiful color, nice material. I bought them for cold weather, and I will enjoy them. The fishnet tights were on the exterior package marked T-XT, but the inside sticker said M/L. Not only did they NOT fit, they came with a hole. Bummer. Seems silly to ship them back to the UK.

Easy to order and promptly received, only downside is that a lot of the toesox I liked were out of stock in my size L.

Goods (your details in intro to this survey incorrect) as ordered arrived promptly. Price v. slightly higher than a Stafford shop but O.K. if allow for travel cost and uncertainty about their stock. Free gift passed to visiting granddaughter who put them on for her journey home.

It's easy to buy socks from Sockshop and the selection is great.
