Small issue with an item missed from my original shipment was quickly resolved, and the missing item arrived promptly the next day.

the website is easy to use and the delivery service was quick. my only fault find was that the parcel had Sock Shop advertised on the label, and as this was a gift, it could have spoilt the surprise had i not got to the door first.

We do state on our delivery information page the following, to avoid ruining any surprises! "We take pride in packing our orders so that you receive your items in the best condition. Our orders will be sent out with a SockShop label on the front so if this is for a gift and you do not want people to know that you have bought something from SockShop then please advise us directly after placing the order, informing us that you do not want any branding on the outside of your parcel."
