We do state on our delivery information page the following, to avoid ruining any surprises! "We take pride in packing our orders so that you receive your items in the best condition. Our orders will be sent out with a SockShop label on the front so if this is for a gift and you do not want people to know that you have bought something from SockShop then please advise us directly after placing the order, informing us that you do not want any branding on the outside of your parcel." Good but as I paid for next day delivery on a Friday and the items didn't arrive until the Tuesday I think this should have been made clearer

We do try to provide as much information as possible, and state on our delivery information page that "The Royal Mail Special Delivery (guaranteed next working day) option is available for a charge of £6.00. Available Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays/Christmas) and only on orders received before 5pm." I hope that this will not deter you from shopping with us in the future. Although the details you mentioned in your response regarding next day delivery can be found it was not clear at the time of placing the order. As such I expected the order to be delivered on the Monday not the Tuesday, hence why I paid the additional charge. You should make this very clear from the outset, and not make customers search for this information when they are wondering where their delivery is

I usually put excellent.However I was disappointed not to receive the promised free foot file on this ocaision!

Thank you for your feedback! I'm sorry about this. I have checked your order and it seems that the foot file was not added to the basket. The free gifts need to be added manually before checkout to be included in the order. I do apologise for any disappointment caused. Kind regards, Tara

Your order was dispatched on 12/12/16 via Royal Mail Air Mail which usually takes around 5 working days for delivery, though we do ask customers to allow 10 days in case of postal delays, especially during this busy time of year! It would. Evgood if you asked if the product was a gift. Then you could send the package without your logo on. Thus way you would not have spoilt the surprise present these socks were for my wife for Christmas!! It is only a subtle change to your process but really helps I am unlikely to use your company or recommend it due to my disappointment regarding this.
