I haven't opened the product yet because it is a Christmas present I've yet to wrap. But I was initially disappointed that the postage packaging did display the shop name 'sockshop' as the person for whom the present was intended, took delivery of the package so she now knows what it is. I just think that as a company you need to be more aware of the time of year when you are packagaing your products for posting.

Thank you for your recent order and your feedback! I'm sorry to hear this. We do state on our delivery information page, however, that "Our orders will be sent out with a SockShop label on the front so if this is for a gift and you do not want people to know that you have bought something from SockShop then please advise us directly after placing the order, informing us that you do not want any branding on the outside of your parcel." I am sorry that this is no longer a surprise for the recipient but if you do wish to order with us again in the future, it is possible to request a plain address label. Best regards, Tara

5 days after ordering they still haven't been delivered.

Delivery usually takes around 2-3 working days, though we do ask customers to allow up to 7 days in case of postal delays, particularly during this busy time of year!
