Love the free gift and I’ve no issues at all with this order or the ones I’ve made previously. I would recommend, and have done so. Particularly good for children sensitive to toe seems. If I could make a request it would be for the Bamboo PJs in kids sizes.
They did offer a redundant and the online chat was helpful too - but unfortunately did not respond to the issue that the product sent was different to the one ordered.
I've always found that Sock Shop have provided a good level of service. Delivery is swift, and well packaged. I love that you get a free gift when you spend over a certain amount. It gives the opportunity to try something different for free. Highly recommend Sock Shop.

Sockshop have such a fantastic range! My eldest son wears AFOs and needs to wear knee high socks, but he also loves colourful things, and Sockshop combine these with the bamboo to make them so comfortable to wear with AFOs. My other son has autism and the bamboo socks with smooth toe seams are perfect. Ordering was very easy to do and the delivery was very fast and packaged perfectly. Fantastic service and will definitely be using again!
