Don’t sell substandard products.
I buy the sock advent calendar for my partner every year as he loves getting a new pair of socks everyday. I was shocked when I realised after purchasing again this year that the socks are exactly the same this year as last year. This was confirmed by a rude customer service member that they are using last years stock this year. Although the pictures of the socks are on the website, I’m guessing the advent calendar is mostly bough as a gift e.g for fathers/sons etc, and hence the repeat purchaser would not be aware the socks are the same until after the socks had been opened, making it too late to return. Luckily, my partner noticed the identical socks before opened, so this will be returned. Disappointing that Sockshop have done this, and not made it clear on the website it is the same as last year, as I’m sure repeat buyers would have assumed this wouldn’t be the case
I oaid for EU postage the order was under the import tax threshold. The packet arrived today and the postie wanted €8.95 in tax. I refuse to pay that tax abd reject the product.
Item not delivered by royal mail do to stupid round package box will not FIT through standard letter BOX
I have complained about the wrong sizing of a box of underwear that I bought with customer services. the solution was simplistic and not even an apology from the team.

A pair of my socks has developed a hole on 2nd day of wearing. Only wear these in evening with PJs. Have previously bought them and they lasted ok, but 2 days in not good at all
Haven’t received my order, seems the POSTCODE HAS BEEN CHANGED!! The correct Address wrong postcode!!!!
Very slow service, products were bought for a holiday in which didn't arrive in time and had to actually buy else were
Check that the description is correct in your online shop and have more helpful staff when phoning for a replacement order.
Package was delivered with wet contents and missing 1 item. Called sockshop, they couldn't care less. Said to contact royal mail about the wet package. Royal mail said the package was covered up to £50 but the sender has to raise the claim for me, being a business account. Sockshop would not do this and would not accept the return either. They promised to call me and contact me by email. Still to date this has not happened!
Charged for the next day delivery and the package came two days after my family who were meant to travel could not take the package with them
The socks had no elastic in them so they wouldn't stay up! . I had to send all of them back. The online return form was really not user friendly. I had to complete the I'm not a robot' test 9 times as it kept timing out.
I still haven't received my socks. I don't have a tracking code as well.
