The clothes arrived extremely crumpled, the logo on the back of the neck was stuck in a fold and I had to carefully peel it off. They cannot be ironed unfortunately. The packers of these garments need to be trained how to fold and pack clothes properly, ready for transit. The garments themselves are fine, except for these permanent creases.
Quality of items rather insufficient. Bamboo tights worn for the first time for only a few hours have completely got that worn look. The monster socks are uncomfortable to wear. Otherwise delivery was quick so points there.
Reasonable delivery time, but product not that good
I thought I was getting a pack of 2 but only received 1 item
The service is good. However, the socks I has bought are too narrow and too tight for their size ( Mens: size 6 - 11)
Tempted to buy 5-packs of bamboo colour burst socks because of price, but they don't list the colours in the packs (so I might order more of colours I especially like). One pack was described as "ribbed" but I'm sure I can't tell them from the others. And I ordered so many (mens) socks that I was offered a choice of gifts - mainly fishnet tights and leg warmers - just what every bloke wants.
Good speedy delivery, but a few of the bamboo one had holes and unsecured elastic around the top.
Although the socks are great, and always have been, there is absolutely no reason for you to be using hard black plastic hangers that can't be recycled. I was going to name and shame you on social media, so your emailed request for feedback has saved you from that.
Quick delivery time
This would have been more but when you pay extra for a gift box I don’t expect it to be an advertisement for the product within. DO NOT GO FOR THE UPGRADE, IT’S A RIP OFF.
Import fees not included in the price, i had to pay extra at post office, so if your outside UK be prepared
The socks are badly finished off at the toes, with lumps.
I was impressed by the prompt service and delivery.
I bought socks advertised as 2.5-6 as I have small size 3 feet - the ones that came are 3.5-7 which may be too big and have to be returned. On enquiry the company doesn't make the small size anymore
I chose some socks online and you delivered them. What else can I say, except that there should be more socks like these, in other colours. I'm not diabetic, but these are ideal: real ankle socks, gentle.
