I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THESE SOCKS AFTER ONLY WEARING A PAIR FOR TWO HOURS I HAD VERY SORE PLACES ON THE BACK OF MY HEELS. THE SOCKS WHERE SLIPPING DOWN THE BACK OF MY HEELS. I ONLY TAKE SIZE 5.5 WITH A NORMAL WIDTH. IAM THINKING OF SENDING THEM BACK FOR YOU TO SEE HOW THEY HAVE STREATCHED AFTER ONLY WEARING THE FOR A SHORT TIMEAND NOT ON A HOT DAY.

The actual service was polite and helpful but for the first time I was very disappointed with the socks. As I am in A wheelchair a lot of the time this means I will have to get someone else to return them for me. I am also very short of socks now and had thought ordering these would solve this but they are too tight for comfort round my legs so useless

The kids bamboo socks have changed manufacturing process, they now can't go in the dryer else they shrink and my daughter says they don't feel good anymore. I now have 10 pairs of socks she won't wear..... Also with the adults bamboo socks the elastic is too loose around the top of the sock so they constantly ride down your foot. Really disppointed.

Very difficult to make payment - link did not work until 8th attempt. The socks listed are not the ones I ordered, as I arranged for the socks to be delivered to Canada I have been unable to check if the correct socks have been delivered. Unable to remove pricing details to be removed from delivery - spoils the idea of giving a gift

Was very disappointed at the finish of the gloves. Liked the colour and softness but am afraid I have returned gloves for a refund.

We'll! When I opened the pack of socks they seemed OK . but the first pair had a hole in the the front of the socks ! Very disappointed ! Thankfully the rest of my order was ok , still very disappointed though !

Really slow delivery, I know we had bad weather but I ordered other items from the same area and they were delivered much quicker.

I qualified for a free gift. The only male socks were out of stock. For a sock retailer, that is extremely poor management.
