Do not use Royal Mail
Order and payment made in May, it is now 31st July and I have not received the order. I have rung the helpline three times and been told I would be called back and this has not happened any time! Poor would be an understatement.
Easy to buy and quick delivery but the shoes were like a kids size.tiny and tight,i couldnt even get them on my feet.i bought a L 7/8 but they were more like a m5/6.waste of money
Shocking quality, put the first pair on and it split across the centre of the sock which is terrible bearing in mind the price you pay for these socks
I’m very disappointed for spending money on socks and the company does not even provide tracking information. It has been almost a month since my order (international shipping) and have no information on my parcel. I have used the contact form twice and did not receive any response. At this point I feel that I may never receive my parcel, and hence that I will lose my money spend on their product. The company does not bother to respond to my enquiries and I feel like I have been scammed. Thus, I cannot trust this company for future purchases and I would not recommend it for anyone interested in international shipping. I have no opinion on the product itself.
I bought 3 packs of 3 socks. 1st pair in each pack all have holes as they have put a tag through. Called sock shop to resolve, cs persona said they were new and someone would call me back. No call 3 days later. Poor
I did not receive my order as it was delivered to wring address. So disappointed as I needed the socks for my groomsmen at my wedding

I still have not received my order as royal mail can't post the items through the letter box, they're pants for Christ sake not a delicate or bulky item
You could have done better. You supplied a faulty product (many of the same reviews confirm this) and you did not offer to replace. When a product is faulty, either a full refund with returned product should be offered or a reasonable replacement should be sent.
Product did not arrive. They dont even respond on queries and status of my order.
Product never arrived. Can't say anymore than that. You've asked me to review your service, so I assume you think the socks were delivered?
I had to pay 15€ when the product arrived. Shameless. I won’t buy on this shop ever again for sure.
I ordered some socks but received two boxes of mens pants. I’ve called them to request either a refund or for my socks to be delivered but no answer and no call back following my voicemail.
