Absolute rubbish I paid for next day delivery on Sunday 5th and still hadn’t received my item by the 9th! Which I needed for holiday!!
Didn’t get the delivery… So not to great.
Absolutely abysmal. I bought a pack of three pairs of socks, one pair had a hole in one of the socks. I phoned the number on the website and got someone who was then going to contact someone about a refund. Two weeks later nothing so I phone again. Same response but this time the person was going to phone me back. Yes you've guessed it, no one has got back to me. One star is too many.
What service still not got my parcel
Nothing to do with you but I still have not received them despite staying at home all day Saturday as advised by the post office.
The socks were never delivered
Considering I haven’t actually received the item I purchased (even though anticipated delivery was due last week) sadly I can’t rate the service as anything but 1 star. Haven’t received any updates as to if or when I might receive my order, or a refund. Don’t like giving anyone a bad review but unfortunately the first and also the last order from me.
Item not as described, images misleading as to length of sock
Royal Mail failed to deliver the parcel and returned it to Sender. I was told that it would be se-sent but so far I have not heard anything further so cannot leave a proper review at this time.(29th May).
not good value they were very poor finish compared to other diabetic socks i have bought.
I have not yet received this delivery. My address was not confirmed so I did not realise my address was wrong. Updated my details and am still waiting! Even changed the address with Royal Mail.
Service was OK but we ordered pale blue and if these are pale blue I’m a Dutchman.
The picture showed a much thicker sole. They were very flimsy and absolutely stank. I could not even offer them to a charity shop.
I ordered both green and yellow bamboo socks that were a ‘special offer’ of “3 pairs for £9.99. I made the order, paid the price but only ONE arrived of each colour.
I ordered 5 pairs of children's bamboo socks in 2 different colours. I was sent the correct size & colour of 3 of the pairs but, because the packer could not be bothered to read the order form correctly, I was sent the wrong size & colour in the other 2 pairs! I am very annoyed that I had to return them for a replacement, through no fault of my own! I have been sent 2 replacement pairs but did not even receive an apology for their mistake & will not be ordering from SockShop again!
