overall i was pleased with my purchase except that there was a hole in the leg of one of the items
Send me what I ordered!!! The socks I received are all very nice, but not (in one of the two packs received) the one that I ordered. They are the same colour way, but not the right specification.
Sent the wrong item. When I queried it with their customer services the response I received was less than polite.

The socks are ok however one has a hole on the top of the sock which is very disappointing.

Really tricky website experience - I was unable to key my security code in, having entered the rest of my card details, so had to place my order over the phone!
The service was quite quick. It only took a couple of days for my items to arrive but unfortunately 1 of the pairs of boxers shorts were burst at the front seam.
The amount of time it took to deliver my knickers was a bit mad. Surely you can deliver quicker guys. Come on get your fingers out😇

The service was excellent but I would have preferred to know where these socks were made. I didn't find that out until I read the label upon receipt. I would not have chosen them had I known they were made in China. Its time sellers advised customers of the origin of the goods they are selling.
