Quick delivery but extremely thin material in comparison with previous designs. Don't think I would purchase again

the pack of 3 pairs of "blues" socks contained 1 white pair so a bit disappointing. good delivery time good quality socks
The boxer shorts lived up to expectations but the socks were awful very itchy on the legs and quite tight will never purchase socks from them unable to return as i used one pair will not purchase from them in the future
Disappointed. The socks are advertised as merino wool but they are actually 30% nylon. I bought three pairs.
The shoe size is not an indication of fit since most socks are designed to fit narrow legs [particularly LADIES]. For example the ankle size for Ladies 4 - 8 was the same as mens' 12 - 14. This is obviously a bit of a nonsense especially if you have diabetes or swollen ankles. This element of the order has had to be returned.
Has not been delivered yet, still waiting so cannot comment on this order.
The design is excellent but there is a quality to be poor and I think you could’ve done better thank you
One sock has a hole in it
socks were too small it stated up to size 11 I am size 10 but they 'fall off'
These socks were reasonably priced and delivery was fast. The socks are beautifully soft and there is no visible toe seam which is exactly what I wanted to ensure comfort. BUT, and it is a big BUT - the size range of 7 -11 is just too big. I take a size 8.5 shoe so I am ideally towards the middle of the range but the socks are too big. They slip down my legs and crease under my feet. This makes them uncomfortable. Disappointing.

I was disappointed that all socks ordered, though expensive were very tight.
Generally good but the Totes slipper socks are poor quality both pairs getting holes in the heels after 2/3 weeks of light use ...
Service was great but one of the pairs of socks got a hole in the toe after 1 wear!!
